Kathleen Dierckx

Deputy GC Antitrust, M&A and Regulatory – Head of Competition Law Department at Solvay from 2008. Kathleen embarked on a career focusing on EU competition law in late 1990s. After traineeship at DG COMP, she practiced competition law at Dechert LLP for eight years. In 2006, joined a multinational utility company Suez (now Engie) where she advised on merger with GDF. She holds law degrees from University of Leuven & Namur, Università della Sapienza, and LLM from University of Edinburgh.
