Kassie Smith QC

Barrister at Monckton Chambers and a specialist competition and regulatory litigator, acting in a number of competition damages actions for both claimants and defendants, including trucks, air cargo, LCD screens, and power cables. Kassie is as comfortable advocating before the Supreme Court on complex regulatory matters as she is cross-examining expert economists before the UK CAT and the High Court. She has appeared in over 30 cases before the CJEU. Kassie was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2013.
