Jūlija Linkeviča

Special Project Manager at BITE Latvija SIA, one of the largest telecom companies in the country. Previously, she worked at the Competition Council since 1999. She served as the head of one of the analytical departments in the Executive Directorate of the Competition Council (since 2005). Sectors within her responsibilities included telecom, construction, pharma, retail, agriculture. Jūlija was regularly involved in working groups on the amendments of Competition Law, participated in various international projects as a short mission expert where shared the experience in the competition policy and investigation of competition cases. Since 2017 she mostly worked with the Competition Council`s strategical issues and research in competition problems in the national regulation in pharma industry. Jūlija is an engineer economist with MA in business administration.
