Julie Catala-Marty

Head of the competition and distribution team of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner which provides transactional and litigation services for French and overseas corporations. Her practice encompasses every aspect of merger control proceedings before the French Competition Authority and the European Commission. Julie represents clients before the French and European courts in matters involving cartels, abuses of a dominant position, restrictive trade practices and distribution law issues. She also offers long-standing experience in handling State aid matters and provides tailored compliance counsel. Julie also handles regulatory issues. She acts for clients in a wide variety of industries (eg. luxury, food, infrastructure) with a strong focus on the telecommunications and media sector.
