In my current role as Director for Global Public Health and Pandemic Preparedness & Response Policy at Johnson & Johnson, based in Brussels, I lead the company’s worldwide strategy for engagement on Pandemic policies, contributing knowledge and expertise to the WHO Pandemic Accord and International Health Regulations (IHR) processes as a member of the Pandemic Preparedness Working Group at the International Federation of Pharmaceuticals Manufacturers and Associations (IFPMA).

Previously held the position of Senior Manager for External Affairs & Alliance Development EMEA at Johnson & Johnson, also based in Brussels (2012-2022), where I was responsible for co-creating and managing the “All Policies for a Healthy Europe” coalition. Prior to my work in Europe, Juliana managed Government Affairs & Policy for Johnson & Johnson in Brazil (2012 – 2018), where I led the company’s Zika response strategy - ZikaLab – the world's first large scale public-private partnership to prevent and fight infant mortality related to zika and microcephaly, which trained 7,400 health workers across 37 Brazilian cities in its first year.
