John Davies

Senior Advisor at Brunswick, joining from Freshfields, where he was a partner and a former global head of its antitrust, competition and trade group. John founded the Freshfields Brussels office in 1989 and served as managing partner for 10 years. His recent deal experience includes advising Comcast on its bid for Sky TV and the 21st Century Fox, and AB InBev’s acquisition of SABMiller. John is a visiting senior fellow at King's College London and a non-governmental advisor to the ICN.
