Associate in the competition litigation team at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Jess has a broad practice spanning commercial litigation, arbitration and investigations, with a focus on competition. Jess’s recent cases include acting for Eurotunnel in its claim contesting the Department for Transport’s controversial “Brexit ferries” contracts; acting for Volkswagen in the NOx emissions group litigation; and acting for London and South Eastern Railway in the collective proceedings.
