I advise pharmaceutical and medical device/ MedTech companies on a broad range of issues under UK and EU law. I provide advice on complex regulatory issues that arise throughout the product life cycle, and help companies develop and implement cross-border regulatory compliance programmes and investigations. I am a specialist in public and administrative law challenges before the UK and European courts, including actions against the MHRA, the EMA, and the Commission. I also act for clients on product liability matters, and have acted on large multiparty actions, and in defending individual personal injury and product liability claims. In addition, I advise life science companies on public procurement tenders under EU and UK rules, and on UK and EU data privacy issues under the GDPR.
