Irène Luc

Vice President of the French Competition Authority since April 2019 after serving as President of the Paris Court of Appeal 5-4 Chamber which deals with private enforcement of competition law as well as distribution litigation. Irène was a judge at the French Criminal affairs directory and Chief Legal Officer of the French Competition Authority from 2006 to 2011. Irène Luc is honoured as a "Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur" and "Chevalier de l’Ordre du Mérite" by the French Minister for the Economy. She worked as an associate professor at the faculty of Versailles-Saint-Quentin from 2016 to 2019 and was part of the college of CADA.
