Dr. Ingo Brinker

Partner at Gleiss Lutz. Ingo advises clients on German and European antitrust law, in particular in merger control investigations and litigation, and compliance programmes. He has lead numerous important cases before the German Bundeskartellamt and the European Commission as well as before the European General Court/European Court of Justice and German national courts. Since December 2018, Ingo is the chairman of Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht (the Association for the Study of Antitrust Law).
