I offer legal counsel in antitrust matters to all the companies of CEPSA Group, assisting the different businessess on how to proceed from an antitrust perspective in a variety of topics. I also execute CEPSA Competition Compliance Policy (drafting of internal Guides on different topics, training sessions, carrying out internal audits, assisting the Compliance Department with the Competition risk asessment, etc).Education:

I obtained my Degree in Law from the Facultad de Derecho in Granada's University (Spain), after studying the last two years at the Faculté de Droit from the Université de Caen - Basse Normandie. I took a Master Degree in Energy Law from Fundación REPSOL before entering CEPSA in September 2003. In 2004, I took an Intellectual Property Specialist Degree at Universidad Pontificia Comillas, and a Competition Law Degree at Fundación Ortega y Gasset in 2006. In the past few years, I've followed several Management Development and Leadership courses organised by HAY Consulting and Universidad Nebrija respectively.
