Helene Andersson

With 25 years in the field , Helene's expertise spans the whole range of competition law matters, from cartel investigations to complex merger filings. She is involved in the largest (antitrust) damages case ever initiated in Sweden. Helene is associate professor in European law and the author of Dawn Raids under Challenge and Access and Cartel Cases (both Hart Publishing). During her years at Stockholm University, she was a much-appreciated lecturer, heading the course in general EU law.
