Gintarė Surblytė-Namavičienė

Chief Adviser, Competition Council of the Republic of Lithuania. Gintarė is also a lecturer at Vilnius University, Faculty of Law. Prior to joining Lithuanian Competition Authority, she was a senior research fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich where she conducted research in the field of competition law with a particular focus on the interface of competititon law and intellectual property law. She holds Ph.D from Ludwig Maximilians University, Germany.
