Gail Levine
About:
Deputy Director, Bureau of Competition at US Federal Trade Commission. Previously, head of US Regulatory Affairs for Uber. Prior to that, she was President & Associate General Counsel for IP and Public Policy at Verizon Communications. Before joining Verizon, Gail was an attorney advisor to Federal Trade Commission Chair Deborah Platt Majoras, where she advised on antitrust and IP matters. Before that, Gail was the FTC’s Deputy Assistant General Counsel. She was a significant contributor to the 2003 FTC report on IP and innovation, and co-authored many other FTC reports.
