Data privacy expertise for more than 20 years as regulator, in-house DPO and external lawyer. I began my career within the Law Firm Donahue&Partners LLP in New York, where I participated in the setting up of the privacy business line. Back to France, I worked as senior manager within Ernst &Young Law Firm and was designated in-house Data Protection Officer . In 2008, I was appointed Head of the International and European Affairs Department of the CNIL.

• Member of the Executive Committee of the CNIL • Recruiting, supervising, managing a team of 9 people • Defining and coordinating CNIL positions on international and European subjects • Advising the President of the CNIL on any international and European matters • Presenting CNIL position in meetings and negotiating compromises • Representing the CNIL in institutional meetings and conferences • Actively participating in regulatory reforms and works in Europe and International fora (e.g. EDPB, GPA, OCDE, Council of Europe, APEC, G7, G20 and United Nations) • Developing a network of key interlocutors for the institution (e.g. NGOs, academics, associations, business federations, civil society) and partnerships on subjects of common interest • Participating in the development of best practices, compliance and communication tools • Coordinating special projects (e.g. WP29 presidency for 6 years, EU One-Stop-Shop, fablabs)
