Head of the EU Antitrust & Competition Practice of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in Paris. Faustine has more than 15 years of experience in European and French competition law. Her main areas of practice encompass cartels, horizontal cooperation agreements (R&D, joint purchasing, joint bidding), vertical agreements and distribution law issues, abuses of dominance, complex merger control cases (joint ventures, phase II procedures, commitment/remedy cases, complex multi-filing cases in 15+ jurisdictions, etc.); and State aid issues. Faustine also has extensive experience in litigation and arbitration proceedings, notably in private enforcement / follow-on actions.
