Eva Škufca

Partner at Schoenherr Ljubljana office, where she heads the EU & Competition and IP departments of Schoenherr Slovenia. Eva represents diverse clients in front of the Slovenian Competition Authority, the European Commission and the EU Courts in antitrust matters and frequently advises on state aid issues relating to privatisations, infrastructure and restructurings. She holds degrees from the University of Ljubljana and the London School of Economics.
