Enrica is a principal associate in Freshfields Antitrust, Competition and Trade team. Based in Brussels, her practice spans all aspects of EU, German and international competition law. She has extensive experience of complex cross border merger control procedures, including in-depth reviews by and remedies negotiations with the European Commission and other international authorities. She also manages the growing impact of foreign direct investment and foreign subsidies regulations on deals. Enrica’s behavioural practice covers investigations into anti-competitive agreements and abuse of dominance. She is also actively advising emerging digital regulatory regimes including the EU’s Digital Markets Act. Enrica works across a range of industry sectors, with a particular focus on innovative sectors such as life sciences, technology and industries in transition.
