Elisa Mariscal

Dr. Mariscal has more than twenty years working in antitrust matters, in the US, Mexico and Europe. She has been a consultant, government official and academic. Her cases include jurisdictions in the US, Mexico, Latin America, Australia, and Europe. She was the head of unilateral conduct investigations in Mexico’s CFC; Managing Director of GAMESEcon in Mexico and Spain, Adjunct Professor Economics and Law, CIDE and is now a Principal at Cornerstone Research where she began her career.
