Eliana Paredis

Senior Associate in Allen &Overy's EU and competition law department, based in Brussels. Eliana advises on all aspects of EU and Belgian competition law, across a wide range of sectors, including media, energy, healthcare, telecom, industrial and manufacturing. She has advised on cartel investigations and has particular experience in dealing with complex / Phase II merger control cases. Eliana also advises on general EU law and has been involved in judicial procedures before the General Court.
