I advise on complex issues of EU and German competition law, in particular in (international) cartel cases, in merger control proceedings and on compliance topics as well as in conducting audits and internal investigations. I have many years of experience in advising clients in civil damages proceedings throughout Germany and across multiple jurisdictions. Having worked in the firm's London office, I have particular expertise in managing antitrust and antitrust damages proceedings in the UK.
