Dina Kallay
About:
Head of Antitrust – IPR, Americas and Asia-Pacific at Ericsson. Her responsibilities cover global antitrust policy, litigation, and enforcement issues. Prior to joining Ericsson in 2013, Dina served as Counsel for Intellectual Property and International Antitrust at the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, where she focused on worldwide antitrust-intellectual property matters as well as multilateral and Asian competition matters. Prior to that, Dina practiced antitrust and intellectual property law at a number of law firms, most recently with the Washington DC office of Howrey LLP. She also worked as in-house antitrust counsel for Microelectrónica Española. In 2000-2001, Dina clerked at the European Commission's DG COMP Unit for Information Industries and Consumer Electronics, where she worked on unilateral conduct and IP related enforcement and policy matters. Holds a doctorate from the University of Michigan Law School. She co-chairs the ABA Section of Antitrust Law Intellectual Property committee and has written and spoken extensively on international antitrust and antitrust-IP topics.
