Diane has been an economist in the Economic Analysis Group of the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice since 1995.  She was part of the Division’s trial team in the Microsoft, Amex, and Sabre/Farelogix cases, and has taken an active role in numerous other litigations and investigations, with a particular emphasis on civil non-merger matters.  Before joining the Division, she spent three years as an Assistant Professor at the College of William & Mary.  Diane earned a B.A. in Political Economy from Williams College, a B.A. in Economics from Cambridge University, and a Ph.D. in Economics from Yale University.
