Diana has 25 years' experience advising clients on a wide range of competition policy matters across industries ranging from energy to retail, mineral extraction to pharmaceutical manufacture, distribution and sale. Diana has particular experience in merger investigations, market investigations, cartel damages and excessive pricing cases. She has appeared as an expert witness before the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal, the South African Competition Tribunal and the Swedish Market Court.
