I have a 16 years experience in IP Law, both in the private and (national/European) public sector. After having worked in Belgian Law firms specialized in IP and as IP lecturer and teacher assistant at the University of Liege, I joined the Belgian Intellectual Property Office (Ministry of Economy). In 2016, I was offered to work for the Copyright Unit in DG CONNECT (EC) to provide assistance on the Copyright Directive. In September 2020, I joined the Observatory at EUIPO
