Deborah Wilkie

Director of Cartels, Competition and Markets Authority (CMA). Deborah works on civil cartel investigations, including parallel cases run alongside criminal and director disqualification action, and on related appeal proceedings. She was previously a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills, representing clients in large-scale commercial disputes, including private competition actions before the High Court and Competition Appeal Tribunal. She is also a qualified solicitor advocate.
