David Stewart

I am a competition and regulatory lawyer, who has worked in industry, in private practice and in public service at regulators and competition agencies. Some of my career has been spent focused on regulated sectors like telecoms, energy, payments or digital markets, and now, across the whole economy. At the UK's competition authority, the CMA, I work with teams looking at how markets can be made to work better for consumers across the full range of competition policy tools.
