Claire Froitzheim

Claire is a Director at the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), playing a key role in setting up and leading the Subsidy Advice Unit. Prior to joining CMA, Claire worked as an in-house counsel at Amex an associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP where she advised clients on diverse legal and economic matters including State Aid, cartel and dominance/monopolization investigations, merger reviews. She received a Master degree in European Law from the University Paris-Sorbonne and an LL.M. from the College of Europe.
