Charlesa Ceres

Since joining Raytheon Technologies Corporation in May 2013, Charlesa has had increasing responsibility for antitrust related matters throughout the company. Charlesa manages merger analysis and approvals, antitrust counseling, and antitrust compliance matters for all of RTC’s business units globally. Prior to joining RTC, Charlesa was an antitrust associate at Hogan Lovells in Washington, D.C. Her practice focused on merger clearance and investigations before the U.S. Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission and counseling companies on antitrust issues. Charlesa has a J.D. from New York University Law School and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester in Economics and Political Science.
