The Sloan Distinguished Professor of Management and a Professor of Marketing at MIT Sloan. Her recent research has involved thinking about the antitrust consequences of data and the digital environment for competition, and sources of market power such as network effects and switching costs. She has written on how blockchain, algorithms and machine learning may affect our approaches to antitrust. She holds a PhD in economics from Stanford University and a BA from the University of Oxford.
