About:
Cate leads on competition and industrial policy at the UK Mission to the EU. She holds a Masters in European Affairs from Science Po, Paris and the Humboldt University, Berlin and an undergraduate degree in modern languages. As a long term, passionate EU observer, she follows trends in industrial policy and more broadly in society in the EU and its Member States. Cate is also a keen European traveller, and has lived in London, Paris, Toulouse, Berlin and Budapest. She is now based in Brussels.
