Carl Baudenbacher

Former Judge and President of the EFTA Court. Now independent arbitrator and consultant, Monckton Chambers, London. Has served as an arbitrator and has advised numerous corporations and governments on competition matters. From 1987 to 2013, was the Chair of Private, Commercial and Economic Law at the University of St. Gallen HSG. From 1993 to 2004, he was a Permanent Visiting Professor for European and International Law at the University of Texas at Austin School of Law.
