I have been involved in litigation on prominent and sensitive court cases, including on the use of technology in the 2017 Kenyan general elections, a challenge to the conduct of a Data Protection Impact Assessment and a challenge to the constitutionality of various provisions of the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act.
