Brechje van der Velden

Brechje is senior partner of the Amsterdam office and member of the global Executive Committee of Allen & Overy. She is litigation and restructuring partner with over 25 years of experience. Her practice covers a wide range of disputes, including impact litigation, class actions and financial litigation. She also advises on restructuring and insolvency matters and director’s liability. Outside Allen & Overy she is chair of the Law Firm School and member of the supervisory board of De Nieuwe Kerk
