President of the New Caledonia Competition Authority since Feb 2018. Previously a Case Officer at the Conseil de la concurrence from Feb 2003 to Sept 2008, she also served ten years as a lawyer (administrateur) at the National Assembly. Former student of the École normale supérieure de Cachan, she holds an advanced degree in economics and management (2001), and an advanced diploma in European and affairs law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (2002).
