Antitrust Associate at Shearman & Sterling. Recently she has been involved in the Commission’s investigations into Qualcomm’s allegedly abusive conduct and into Samsung’s enforcement of SEPs. She has also assisted Piraeus bank with the state aid aspects of its recapitalisation and works on privatisation matters in Greece and Cyprus. Athena also delivers guest lectures for LLM students at Queen Mary University.
