Anu Bradford

Named the Henry L. Moses Distinguished Professor of Law and International Organization at the Columbia Law School in 2014, Anu is Director of Columbia’s European Legal Studies Center. Anu earned her S.J.D. (2007) and LL.M. (2002) degrees from Harvard Law School. Previously, Bradford was an assistant professor at the University of Chicago Law School. She also practiced competition law at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in Brussel and has served as an adviser on economic policy in the Parliament of Finland and as an expert assistant at the European Parliament. The World Economic Forum named her Young Global Leader ’10. Author of The Brussels Effect: How the European Union Rules the World (2020).
