About:
Anthemis advises clients on all aspects of EU competition law, with a focus on complex M&A. She represents multinational firms and private equity funds before the EC and other competition authorities globally in merger control and foreign subsidies regulation clearances, antitrust investigations, and behavioral advice matters. She is the local leader of the Parent Lawyers Group and has served as a member of Latham’s Pro Bono Committee and a local leader of the Women’s Lawyers Group.
