Annick Mottet Haugaard

Partner at Lydian's Commercial & Litigation practice, where she heads the IP team. Her practice encompasses the full range of areas linked to the launching and marketing of products and services, including franchising, advertising, product regulations and IP (trademark, copyright, design and patent). Since January 2010, she is a member of the Belgian Council for IP. In 2010-2012 Annick was the President of the European Communities Trade Mark Association.
