Anne-Sophie Bodin

General Counsel for EU and Competition law at Orano (previously AREVA), where she took an active part in the group’s restructuring, both in terms of State aid and merger control. She started as an attorney with Gide Loyrette Nouel before deciding in 2000 to go in-house, first within the Sony group, and then as General Counsel for Sony Ericsson’s EMEA sales and marketing activities. Since 2017, she also looks after Orano’s corporate governance, and is Secretary to Orano’s Board.
