Anja Balitzki

I am working on both national and foreign client matters in all areas of European and German antitrust law. My main focus is advising on the merger control aspects of transactions in Germany and the EU. I am also specialised in coordinating and reviewing filings in third countries and have built an extensive network of local counsel. I have also experience on abuse cases (in particular in the digital sector) and antitrust compliance investigations and trainings.
