Full time practising Advocate. 25 years of competition law experience. Worked for more than 11 years with the Competition Commission. Appeared in the Competition Tribunal, Competition Appeal Court, High Courts of South Africa and Namibia, Supreme Court of Appeal of South Africa and Constitutional Court. Appointed as a Special Competition Law Counsel at the Tribunal. Appointed as acting part-time member of the Tribunal by the Minister, effective 1 January 2024. Served until October 2024.
