Andrea Murray

Legal Director of Competition, Regulatory and Litigation and part of the senior leadership team of Virgin Media O2.  Her Competition & Regulatory team advise on a wide range of behavioural competition, M&A, competition policy and regulatory matters.  In-house, Andrea has led Ofcom investigations, merger clearance processes, and cases before the UK courts.  Prior to joining what was Virgin Media in 2009, Andrea was a Senior Associate at Clifford Chance, including secondments to the OFT and Shell.
